yes, we can!
i have been slack on writing here lately, i know. i promise to post more, getting over the thought that my life is too boring to share.
thanksgiving was fairly moderate. we go so many places throughout the day that it always ends up feeling like a marathon, and i never feel like we truly get to visit with those we see so rarely. in addition to the normal rounds, jason had a gig so we had to get home in enough time to prepare for that setup. it was, however, wonderful to see everyone, and i always truly appreciate the fact that folks make us vegetarian dressing, and make sure there are a few vegetables with no ham hocks.
no ham hocks = happy tummies
rick and sandy and their tooters were in town for a brief visit. we got to hang with rick and sandy, but missed seeing ty and atom when they came by to see us on the way out of town. instead, we got home at 4am sunday morning to find a trail of toys up to our door. in with these was a sit-and-spin, and jah isaac is now completely unaware of the existence of any other toy, with the exception of the bob-the-builder doll that rick gave him a few days before.
