Saturna

this is a super busy week for me. events and gigs four out of seven nights. i love it. i am happiest when i am busy and making wonderful things happen.

i have realized that i am probably going to be way over my numbers for the RBMA info session tonight with Larry. i am sure that will be fine as long as everyone fits into the little theater at the Pink Palace.

tomorrow night is TNT Motorcross, jumping motorbikes over Beale Street. that will definitely be a trip.

friday is 4/20 in the park and i do not play this year, so i get to relax on a blanket and eat cheese and fruit and hang out with my friends while i listen to good house music. i play later at the Complex at 9pm. early set, but jah isaac is spending the night with his Weezer so i get to stay and dance. that makes me happy!

finally, sunday, i drive to Nashville for the RBMA info session there with Prince Paul, and then stay for Lovenoise where Prince Paul will play and my girl from Memphis, Valencia Robinson, will sing. really looking forward to that, and to possibly having brunch with my brother and his lovely wife that afternoon.

with all of this, i feel like having someone come help me clean this house. it needs a deep clean - i have been letting behind and under things slip. i am scared to look in certain places because i have neither the time nor the energy to do what is required. time to call my friend chris.
