projecting
hi there! yes, i am still alive in case you were wondering. i have been wanting to write here, but have been behind on a couple of other projects, so i would not let myself do it. now that i have gotten through the initial push on things, i feel all will normalize.
what i have been doing is writing, editing, and playing records, on top of being mom and partner, and yeah, cleaning houses simultaneously. it feels good to find a balance there, to work on projects that i believe in on all levels of my life.

Scenestars is an mp3 weblog that i am currently editing and for which i will soon be writing. it is an amazing group of local folks, all with wonderful tastes in music. come visit and figure out the next album you want to purchase.
PlanetWaves Parenting is a new online magazine created by people who have an interest in positive, compassionate parenting. it will have a free resource guide to all things parenting, edited by little me, and a subscription based weekly newsletter with articles and horoscopes for kids. the site should be fully live any moment now.
90hz.org is a small group of house music lovers from all over who play good good music for you every week. nearly every night has a broadcast, and we are rounding out the schedule more each day, with hopes of eventually having music, playlisted and live, around the clock. i play on monday nights, please listen in.
so that is what i have been doing, along with loving my boys. 2005 feels good.
