poor boobah
now my baby is sick. throwing up and diarrhea. this sucks way worse than me being sick. way, way worse.
update we just spent 5 hours at the clinic with jah isaac. he is pretty badly dehydrated and they kept us there until they closed. the doc thinks we are diligent enough to give him oral rehydration at home, provided we stay up and check him every hour or so while he is sleeping to make sure he is ok. so it is a long night, with the threat of out-of-pocket ER and IV fluids, but i think we will make it. i am just glad we took him when we did.
update 2 isaac is hanging in there. his fever is down and his heartrate is slowing a little. he was hitting 140 for most of the night last night. i got a few hours of sleep after nearly 48 hours awake and we are just laying on a pallet, drinking water, eating ice and popcicles, and watching cartoons. thank heaven.
