may i just say?
that i loathe Comcast.
i have had so much intermittance on my line since the switchover, and when i have to call (which has been five times in the last month) it takes 30 minutes to get through. this means i have spent 2.5 hours of my very busy life on hold.
including right now, because i am a whole 15 days late with my bill and they already turned me over to a third-party company, instead of the polite courtesy call that Time Warner used to give. and the hold music sucks.
i never thought i would ever say, "i miss Time Warner."

I concur. The music is by far the worst ever!!!!!!!!!! It is sheer torture to call, which has become a frequent thing on my end too. AND peoples email addresses are getting sent back to me when I try to email them on their Comcast account.
It's ridiculous!
