i almost forgot…
i can tell that fall and winter are finally here because my knees are suddenly killing me. they do not hurt so much in the spring and summer. all the sudden i want to be covered in icy hot, or even better, wrapped in those nifty knee brace heat things that dont smell. too bad that today, i do not even have seven dollars, hah. (that is not a complaint, just a simple fact of monday being the day before payday on a week to week income.) guess i will have to get creative, try some arnica or something.

i feel ya on the knees and the acheing ....try and figure out who is in massage schOOl and werk a trade.

thanks to everyone who has helped me on this. i have found a massage therapist who will work trade, a concoction to mix up, and even a sweetly given seven dollars. the universe so kindly provides.
