i am loving this website. until today i had only given away stuff, but this afternoon a lady gave me four huge pieces of brand new carpet remnants with padding, too. so now there is rolled up carpet all over my house until i am able to move stuff and lay it all down in the places where i want it.
most likely your area has one of these.... it is amazing what folks will give away.
