brunch of champions
today my mom and brother colin and his lovely wife audrey are all coming over for breakfast. C & A are in town because Chelsea, Audrey's sister, had her first baby yesterday morning. so congrats Chelsea and Vince!
i love hanging out with my family. my mom is super wonderful and she did such an awesome job with us that we are also, of course, wonderful. and Audrey is the type of woman that you praise maude for coming into your brother's life - the type of woman i hope my son someday brings into his life.
so i am off to vacuum a little and make sure the kitchen is ready for cooking and communion - then after that to do more work. no rest for the wicked. have an awesome sunday!
